This award aims to highlight and support initiatives by Paris-based organizations in favor of local employment. For this second edition, sponsored by fashion designer Mossi Traoré, four winners were honored.

The Committed Employers Award recognizes and promotes the dedication of all types of organizations that take innovative initiatives. These initiatives can foster the inclusion of diverse profiles, contribute to the development of a neighborhood, or implement specific actions for employees.

The jury met on May 21, 2024, under the chairmanship of Afaf El Kaoun-Gabelotaud, Deputy Mayor of Paris in charge of Businesses, Employment, and Economic Development. It was made up of representatives from organizations and institutions (Ministry of Labor, France Travail, employer and employee unions), reflecting the diversity of the labor market.
